Short Term Training
Two to ten day courses on one skill or one enterprise, for farmers, technicians and graduates.
One skill, learned properly, in a week you can spare.
Not everything needs a full course. Short-term training takes a single subject — grafting, mushroom growing, beekeeping, seed production, machinery operation — and covers it end to end in a few days, mostly by doing it. Participants leave able to carry out the operation themselves.
These courses also serve agricultural technicians, cooperative staff, returnee migrants planning an enterprise, and recent graduates who need a practical skill their degree did not include.
