Policy & Legal Framework
The Acts, regulations, guidelines, directives and decisions the university runs on.
A public institution should be readable.
Madhesh Agricultural University was established by, and operates under, the Madhesh Agricultural University Act 2079. Beneath that Act sits a body of regulations, guidelines, directives and recorded decisions that govern how the university admits students, appoints staff, spends money, runs examinations and manages its land.
This section sets out what each kind of instrument covers and where it sits in that order. Documents are published through the university's notice board as they are approved, so a page here explains the instrument and points to the current text rather than holding a copy that may go out of date.
